Expansion works at Oakwood School were undertaken to support an increase in student intake. 

The project delivered a new two‑storey classroom block alongside the remodelling of internal spaces within the existing buildings. Hawden provided full MEP design and energy engineering services, including the necessary upgrade of the existing sub‑station to meet the electrical demand of the modern, energy‑efficient, electrically powered plant and equipment.
