Located in Woking, Surrey, Freemantles School provides specialist education for children with SEND needs. Hawden was appointed by Morgan Sindall to deliver the full MEP design for the brand‑new school, which incorporates a wide variety of spaces including teaching areas, creative arts facilities and a gymnasium.

The scheme features low‑carbon technologies such as photovoltaic panels and air‑source heat pumps, and the building fabric was delivered using modern methods of construction (MMC) to enhance efficiency and performance.
