The project comprised the construction of a single-storey teaching space, external canopy, brick boundary walls and a bespoke sensory garden all funded by the London Borough of Barking & Dagenham. This dedicated SEND unit provides a calm, characterful environment for the students. 

Hawden provided MEP design and energy engineering services to compliment the architecturally striking building.
