The Gatwick Diamond offices were the first phase of an existing brownfield site regeneration on Gatwick Road in Crawley. This first phase consists of 54,000sq ft of new office space, over four storeys, with associated parking. The lower floor areas currently form South East Coast Ambulance Service’s Emergency Call Centre and Headquarters. The project won Best Large commercial Project at the South East LABC Building Excellence Awards.
