A brand new 60 unit apartment block forms a large part of the King Charles Hotel’s planned expansion. The entire scheme has been modelled using the Revit software platform to allow much better coordination and management of the scheme from concept. The modern and highly efficient units all benefit from the low running costs achieved using a district heating system.
